When heated in a clean microwave oven, Therabeads release their retained moisture to provide pain-relieving therapeutic moist heat. For best results, Therabeads need a 2-hour rest period between heatings. Spot clean - do NOT immerse in water when cleaning. NOTE: Be sure your microwave is thoroughly clean!
